The parts that crash, vibrate, and cushion: antenna mounts, camera cages, bumpers, landing gear, dampers. And the parts where grams decide range: foamed wing sections, fuselage components, formers. Nobody wants to mold the first kind. Nobody prices the second kind sanely.
We print both. Soft elastomers and lightweight foamed polymers, run at production volume on a dedicated farm of 100+ Bambu Lab H2D printers in Ventura County, California.
Why foamed materials
Grams are the whole game.
Foaming polymers expand at the nozzle and print parts that weigh up to half of the identical solid geometry. In TPU, that means a camera cage with the same damping job and half the mass penalty. In foamed PLA, it means wing sections and formers light enough to change what the airframe can carry. We put every first article on a scale next to its solid twin and ship you the numbers, so the weight claim is one you verify, not one you take from a website.
Density is tunable per part, and with infill modulation we grade stiffness inside a single component: a motor mount that is firm at the bolt pattern and compliant where it isolates, or a wing skin that stiffens toward the root. That is process work most shops will not take on. It is the only kind we do.
Straight answer first
No AS9100. We say that in the first call.
If your program requires an AS9100 shop, we are the wrong partner for that program. What we run instead is a documented quality system with first-article inspection reports on every new part number and material lot traceability on every order. CMMC Level 1 self-assessment in progress. And we do not accept ITAR-marked technical data at all, which keeps your export-control review of us short.

Approve it and the farm takes over. No minimums, no tooling charge. If the parts don't convince your team, we part as friends.
